YuuWaa USB flash drives offer secured online backup for your data

USB flash drives are often used to store and backup data for most computer users these days, as they offer storage capacities that are large enough for most uses. But simply relying on USB flash drives to store your data is a far from perfect solution, as you’ll have mistakenly deleted some data on the USB drives one day. So, it’s best to have a copy of the flash drive data on a remote server.

Gemalto has unveiled their new YuuWaa USB flash drives, which come with software for the protection and encryption of the data stored on them. Besides, the drives come included with service to let the users securely store or backup a copy of their data to remote server online.

The YuuWaa USB drives are available in two models, which are the YuuWaa Go that features 4Gb flash storage and 8GB storage, and the YuuWaa Plus that has 8GB flash storage and 16GB online space. The Go model asks for a price of $19.99 Euros, whereas the Plus carries a price tag of $29.99 Euros.

The USB drive offers a simple drag and drop interface making adding files to drive easy. Files too large to be attached via email can be uploaded to the online SSL-secured online storage, and let authorized users download them for viewing.
